Lara will take you step-by-step through the transformation of a typical 1960s office interior into an inspiring yet practical ‘green’ office. She’ll outline the trials and tribulations of achieving a high BREEAM® rating, and talk about how the design team sourced ‘green’ fixtures and fittings. Lara will also describe how Morgan Lovell installed one of the most energy efficient heating and cooling systems available, and discuss the projected return-on-investment calculations for the project.
